General Policy

Credit is evaluated on a course-for-course basis, requiring that course descriptions and credit values be comparable. Only work earned with a grade of “C” or higher is transferable; however, grades from transfer credits do not compute into your Living Water University (LWU) GPA.

Minimum 50% of the quarter hours in the program must be completed at LWU in order to qualify for graduation. Depending upon the program and circumstances, the number of transferable credits may be varied.

Instructions

To be submitted at the time of application for admission (or later with permission of an officer of Academic Affairs).

  1. Attach official copies of your transcript. Requests will not be considered unless accompanied by all required documentation.
  2. Please note the evaluation process takes four weeks to complete.
  3. If you need more space to fill out the courses, use the other sheet of this form and attach it.
  4. Fee: $350.
  5. The course will be transferred based on the chart below. Upon the program and circumstances, the number of transferable credit may be varied.
