I have completed two full-time semesters/quarters in active F-1 status at this school and/or my previous school. I understand incomplete applications will cause delays or denial. It is my responsibility to apply in a timely manner and negotiate an appropriate start date with my employer. CPT start/end dates must match the dates listed on my employer verification letter. I have a verification letter from my employer that includes: employer name, job title, contact information, UBI and EIN, job description, CPT start and end dates, and part-time or full-time status. I will not begin employment until I receive my CPT I-20 and will only work during the CPT dates on that I-20. Working outside authorization is a serious violation of F-1 status.
